How To Book Your Reservation
- Email or Call Captain Ryan at email@example.com or 248-894-4982. I will confirm the dates with you. Then you must send back a confirmation email including the Charter date, Charter amount, Full Name on CC, CC number, Exp Date SEC Code and Billing address and zip code. Also include in this email a statement that you fully understand our cancellation policy and submitting your 50% CC deposit to guarantee to hold this Charter date. Also at this time please inquire if you are interested in a cash discount.
- Automatic Gratuity: All of our private charters are assessed an automatic industry standard 20% gratuity on the total charter bill including base rates and all services. You are welcome to be more generous if you feel the Captain & Crew went above and beyond standard good service.
- Deposits & Payments: Spots are held with a 50% deposit with CC# at time of booking and any remaining balance due the day of the trip. To QUALIFY for the CASH DISCOUNTED RATES: payment via cash/cashier’s check/Money Order/Traveler’s Check /Venmo at time of departure the day of the trip or personal check mailed/received/cleared 2 weeks in advance of the trip. ANY OTHER SCENARIO will be our normal rates which are approximately 10% more as listed on the individual trip descriptions on this site. We accept Visa/MC/DISCOVER/PAYPAL
- Once paid , you will receive a confirmation email containing directions and a receipt for your payment.
- All sailing charters are with a USCG Licensed Captain and one crew. Please let the Captain know in advance your sailing experience and if you would like to take part in the sailing.
- Tours may include some element of risk. We – Siren Song Charters – assume no liability for injuries or loss of any kind.
